We reserve the right to cancel or reduce any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in a violation of these Terms.

  We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products on the Site. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, or other information are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not always be up to date.
• Right to Correct:
  SUMAEOA reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—even after an order is submitted—and to update information at any time without prior notice. Pricing and availability errors may result in the cancellation or refusal of orders.

3. Intellectual Property and Content

7. Payments and Order Processing

• Payment Methods:
  Payments for products on the Site can be made using UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, e-Gift cards, and reward points. Online payment methods are recommended for instant processing. Cash on Delivery is available in limited areas.
• Security:
  All online payments are processed by authorized Payment Gateways in compliance with RBI and other regulatory standards. SUMAEOA is not responsible for any breaches or unauthorized transactions.

8. Delivery and Order Management

• Delivery Timeframe:
  Accepted orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days, subject to product availability, geographic location, and courier service schedules. A minimal fee (e.g., Rs. 50/-) may apply to orders below a specified amount, and additional fees may apply for Cash on Delivery orders.
• Risk and Title:
  Delivery is made to the address provided by you. Risk and title for the Products pass to you upon delivery. SUMAEOA is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
• Order Cancellation:
  We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion (for example, due to pricing errors, fraud detection, or technical issues). In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.

9. Refunds and Returns

• Defective Products:
  Refunds will only be processed for products deemed defective from our end. If you receive a defective product, please contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with an unboxing video (showing the intact packaging, labels, and outer box).
• Social Media Policy:
  You agree not to publicly disparage the SUMAEOA brand or post negative content about defective products on social media platforms. Any claims regarding allergies or infections must be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate and communicated to us at info@sumaeoa.in—not via social media.
• Processing Time:
  Refunds for defective products are processed within 15 days from the cancellation date. Prepaid order refunds will be transferred back to the original payment account. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via cheque or NEFT. Note that Cash-on-Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright

• Respect for Others:
  We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Site to do the same. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.
• Reporting Infringement:
  If you believe that copyrighted materials have been used in a manner that constitutes infringement, please contact us at info@sumaeoa.in.
• “As Is” Presentation:
  The Site, its content, and services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Liability for Interruptions:
  Neither SUMAEOA nor its affiliates shall be liable for any:

  In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability exceed Rs. 25,000/-. Additionally, you agree that any claims related to the Site must be brought within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose.
• Sole Remedy:
  If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to cease using it.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SUMAEOA (and our affiliates, partners, and licensors) from any loss, damages, or costs—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—resulting from:

• Your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms, or
• Any issues arising from your User Content or the use of automated data gathering tools that impose an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.

13. Governing Law and Arbitration

• Governing Law:
  These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of India.
• Arbitration Agreement:
  Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from your use of the Site (except those relating to intellectual property rights) shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Amendment 2019). By using the Site, you agree to resolve disputes individually rather than as part of any class or representative action.

14. Notices

You consent to receive all communications (including agreements, notices, and disclosures) from us electronically (via email, mobile messages, or by posting on the Site). Your provided email and mobile number serve as your consent to such communications—even overriding any DNC reservations under TRAI. If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive electronic notices, you must notify us at info@sumaeoa.in and discontinue your use of the Site. All electronic notices will be deemed to satisfy any legal requirement for written communications.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and SUMAEOA regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior proposals, agreements, or communications.

16. Amendments and Termination

• Changes to the Terms:
  We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Termination:
  We may terminate or suspend any rights granted under these Terms at our sole discretion. In such cases, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.
• Severability:
  If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified, if possible, to reflect our original intent.
